Automatic barrel cam load cartoner capable of speeds from 60 to 150 cpm - speeds depending on materials and application. Carton size range: (length) 4" - 7" x (width) ½" - 3½" x (depth) 1" - 6". Set on 7½" centers. Equipped with an 8' powered carton magazine feeding into a 2 head rotary carton pick & place, 188" long product in feed conveyor with (4) integrated ST1250 stream feeders, Nordson hot melt, Allen Bradley PLC, AB PanelView Plus 1000 touch screen control, and lexan interlocking guards.
